We will provide information and guidance following a brief phone consultation. This brief assessment will help to address the family’s situation to determine specific guidelines to stabilize a critical situation or prevent a possible crisis.

After providing guidance and suggestions, if further consultation is necessary, my next step will be to offer appropriate resources and/or steps to assist in helping develop a more specific action plan. This consultation can be via a phone consultation or in person. This action plan will be a short-term plan to help resolve a tenuous situation. There is a wide array of services available prior to building on an Intervention.

If your situation continues to require more intense therapy and action steps, we will conclude whether to collaborate with other colleagues in the area of expertise that we are trying to resolve or the possibility of an Intervention may be suggested.

CAREFUL consideration and assessment will be utilized to determine how to proceed with each and every situation that arises.
